Rotec Engineering Consultants joins the Group
The Optimised Group is pleased to announce its latest investment into Rotec Engineering Consultants, a specialist wind turbine inspection business based in Dumfries, Scotland. Rotec has developed a strong reputation for the provision of specialist inspection and advisory services to the global wind industry.
The Optimised Group is a full service energy advisory and engineering business with operations in the UK and Europe. The addition of Rotec to the Group strengthens Optimised’s renewable energy offering, building on a track record of supporting UK anaerobic digestion, wind and solar generators to manage their subsidies and Power Purchase Agreements.
Craig Gordon, the founder of Rotec Engineering will continue to lead the Group’s wind inspection and advisory services operation, helping to build a global brand in the high growth on and offshore wind market. The Group will continue to offer specialist services, including gearbox and all other turbine condition inspections, supporting current clients as usual.
The Optimised 24/7 Bureau, based in Ashby de la Zouch, will enable the enhancement of real time condition monitoring and asset optimisation services for the wind industry.
