The FM’s are typically responsible for 75-80% of the total energy being consumed in commercial buildings, with 40-50% of this being managed through the BeMS. To address this, we will be releasing a series eLearning courses to help educate maintenance and FM teams around understanding, operating and optimising BeMS.
If you are a Facility Manager, an Electrical Engineer or someone wishing to find out more, our BeMS eLearning Courses take around 45 minutes to complete. The courses are a Plain English introduction to some of the terminology and applications used by BeMS engineers and BeMS operators. There is a post assessment of 10 questions of which the engineer is expected to successfully pass at 80% or above to achieve the Certificate of Completion.
