Chairman Announcement - Welcome Paul Egan

Optimised is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Egan as Chairman of the Board. Paul brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record of supporting businesses to scale successfully.

The new appointment follows a substantial period of growth and transition, which has seen Optimised grow to a purpose-led business of 130 employees, spread across our UK offices.

Paul will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to the board whilst helping the business realise its full potential. He will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement growth strategies. These will include strategic acquisitions, development of new solutions or services, driving excellence in our commercial and operational processes as well as improving our general corporate governance.
