The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is a UK-based charity, endeavours to fund research to treat and cure Cystic Fibrosis, with the aim to ensure appropriate clinical care and support for people with the illness.
A challenging 10-kilometre assault course, the Wolf Run is armed with 36 obstacles across varied terrain, designed to put running, climbing, jumping, wading, crawling, and swimming skills to the test.
Our Optimised Wolves weren't shy of motivation, with an incredible £3,025 worth of donations from family, friends and colleagues spurring them on!
After the completion of the Wolf Run, Gary Bark, Director at the Optimised Group, was full of praise for the team:
"I was delighted to see the Optimised Team come together for this wolf run. Since we merged as the [Optimised] Group back in March 2020, we’ve predominantly been in lockdown, which has meant a lot of staff across the country haven’t had the chance to meet face to face.
So, it was great to see so many from around the business team up - and work like a real wolf pack! - in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust."
Connor McMenamin, Energy Analyst & organiser of the Optimised Wolf Run, had this to say:
“I really enjoyed getting together with staff from around the Optimised Group for the wolf run, after the past 18 months it was great to see everyone and have a laugh, whilst raising money for a good cause!”
