Free Sanitary Products in All Our Offices

Recognising the importance of health and wellbeing, we are proud to announce the introduction of free sanitary products in all our offices. We believe that every employee deserves access to essential healthcare products, and this initiative underscores our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for everyone.

ETHICAL PURCHASING SUPPORT

SUSTAINABILITY ALLOWANCE

In our ongoing efforts to promote ethical consumption, we are introducing an annual sustainability allowance for our employees. This benefit encourages mindful purchasing choices by providing financial support for products and services that align with sustainable and ethical practices. By empowering our team to make conscious decisions, we aim to contribute to a more sustainable and responsible global marketplace.

REDUCING CARBON FOOTPRINT

SUSTAINABle travel days

Taking a step towards a greener future, we are implementing sustainable travel days, through Climate Perks, to help reduce our collective carbon footprint. Employees will be granted up to 2 days a year, dedicated to explore eco-friendly travel options for their holidays. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and encourages responsible travel practices among our team, making it easier to change behaviours and make conscious choices.

Secondment Days Across the Business

We believe that learning and collaboration are essential for personal and professional growth. To facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration, we are introducing secondment days. This initiative allows employees to temporarily work in different departments, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the collective success of our business.

CELEBRATING VALUES

Our commitment to giving back is at the core of our values and we believe in giving credit where it's due, and that means recognising employee’s dedication and hard work over the years. We are introducing length of service (LOS) awards to honour individuals who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. The awards have been designed to create time for employees, support charities, increase our Ecologi forest and create special memories with loved ones.

As we embrace B Corp Month, these new benefits serve as a testament to our ongoing commitment to prioritise our people's future. By integrating wellbeing and sustainability into the fabric of our workplace, we are not only enhancing the employee experience but also contributing to a more just, equitable, and sustainable world.
