What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day usually includes the processing of invoices, chasing queries and being on the phone with suppliers. There will usually be a report due, which has to be run and issued to the clients. I usually will have a few client meetings as well, to discuss reporting and invoice issues.

What do you like most about the work that you do?

The team I work with and the value that we bring to clients.

What do you do to be sustainable in the workplace?

I use the Park and Ride when travelling into the office, rather than driving the whole way.

If you could learn one new professional skill, what would it be?

I wouldn't say this is learning, but improving communication, just so I can get to know and feel more connected to the wider business.

What is your personal mantra?

Go above and beyond.

What motivates you at work?

I am motivated by receiving positive client feedback, this lets you know that what we do is beneficial to them, and we are doing a good job.

Do you speak more than one language?

No, but I would like to!
